KISS bass guitarist and co-founder Gene Simmons took his official Twitter account to share a new post and made an ironic coronavirus announcement about Kelly Loeffler.
Kelly Loeffler is a Republican politician and businesswoman who has been serving as the junior United States Senator for Georgia. Also, she is the co-owner of the Atlanta Dream, which is a team in the Women’s National Basketball Association.
After reading the news confirming the positive test results of coronavirus for Loeffler, Gene wanted to share it with his followers and pointed out how a bad year we are all going through.
The news about Loeffler’s health status revealed by a campaign spokesman one day after she attended two campaign events alongside Vice President Mike Pence, during which neither Loeffler nor Pence were wearing masks.
In the post, Gene didn’t write anything besides how sad news for the United States and revealed that he is pretty upset about this diagnosis. As a devoted supporter of the coronavirus precautions, Simmons reminded his fans to follow the measures suggested by the officials no matter what.
