Duff McKagan, the bassist of Guns N’ Roses, has appeared as a guest on the fourth episode of ‘Mind Wide Open,‘ which is a series run by Chris Cornell‘s daughter Lily Silver Cornell, and talked about his experiences with mental issues.

As you might recall, the daughter of Chris Cornell, Lily Silver Cornell has begun to take a series about mental health on Instagram. The series, which is named ‘Mind Wide Open,’ has been admired by many, including Eddie Vedder’s wife Jill Vedder.

The new IGTV interview series, which is created and hosted by Lily Silver Cornell, aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Within the series, Lily opens and amplifies the conversations around trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and other challenges.

After releasing three episodes, in which she guested Laura Lipsky, Marc Brackett, and Sir Carter, Lily Silver has recently taken the fourth episode with Duff McKagan. In the new episode, Cornell and McKagan have discussed their views about anxiety, panic attacks, and depression.

Duff McKagan has opened up about his experience with addiction as self-medication for mental health issues and how he takes care of his wellbeing now. Lots of his fans have reacted by saying how precious a thing he did by talking about these issues.
