Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale shared a post on her official Instagram page announcing her appearance on a David Bowie tribute named ‘A Bowie Celebration: Just For One Day!’ along with many other successful artists.
The iconic musician David Bowie’s pianist, Mike Garson is preparing a virtual tribute to the late musician titled ‘A Bowie Celebration: Just For One Day!’ which will be airing on the icon’s 74th birthday, January 8, 2021. The tribute will feature performances from artists like Perry Farrel, actor Gary Oldman, and Joe Elliott.
Recently frontwoman Lzzy Hale shared a post on her official Instagram page revealing that she also is the lineup of guests for the David Bowie tribute. Hale also expressed how thrilled and honored to be a part of the production and thanked Mike Garson for having her.

“I’m so incredibly honored and thrilled to announce that I will be taking part in ‘A Bowie Celebration: Just for one day!’ alongside so many incredible artists coming together to celebrate David Bowie and his legacy. Thank you so much to the legendary Mike Garson for having me!! Join us on January 8th at 6 PM PT for the worldwide live stream and rewatch as much as you’d like for 24 hours!”
The legendary musician David Bowie passed away due to his battle with liver cancer in his apartment in NYC on January 10, 2016, two days after his 69th birthday and release of his album ‘Blackstar.’
