The legendary musician Sir Elton John shared a post on his official Instagram page about his upcoming book. In the video, Elton John is recording a chapter in which his reactions to seeing Rocketman for the first time.
Rocketman is a biographical musical movie based on the life of the iconic Sir Elton John. It follows John in his early days in The United Kingdom as a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music. The movie is named after John’s legendary song Rocket Man.
Sir Elton John has an autobiographical book named Me. In the book, John reveals the truth about his extraordinary life, from his rollercoaster lifestyle as shown in the film Rocketman. The book is also full of illuminating and funny stories about his half-century in show business. His story of becoming a living legend is exposed in the Me.
Sir Elton John recently shared a video on his official Instagram account. In the video, John records a new chapter for his audiobook and talks about seeing the Rocketman for the very first time and a scene specifically.

“It was a scene in my nan’s old house that set me off when my mom and dad and my nan start singing I Want Love. I knew that song was in the film but I didn’t know how they were going to use it.
I want love, just a different kind. Won’t brick me up, won’t fence me in. That’s the love I want. It could have been written about the people who lived in that house. Nobody was happy. Everyone felt they were stuck there against their will. Everyone was looking or something else.
Everyone knew there was a better life for them outside these walls. I suddenly realized the lyrics I had sung dozens of times summed up my childhood and my family perfectly.”
