The legendary American singer and Hollywood Vampires frontman, Alice Cooper, was recently interviewed by Jenna Benson of WSFM 101.7 this week, and he cleared the air if he’s going to retire anytime soon.
While he’s considered as one of the greatest rockers of all time, everyone wonders if he’s tired while touring with two bands at the same time simultaneously.
As you might check out some part of the interview right below, we can easily say that he feels good as hell and has no intention to retire at the age of 72.
Here is what he told:
“I’ve never outgrown my love for rock ‘n’ roll. It’s amazing! At 72, I’m in two touring bands – I’ve got my band and the Hollywood Vampires with Johnny Depp and Joe Perry, and that’s like, twice as much work and yet, I’m probably the only one not breathing hard after the show.”
He continued by saying he’s not going to retire unless Johnny and Joe will decide not to tour with him.
Here is the rest of his statement:
“I’ve said from the very beginning that I will keep playing until they quit coming to the show, and we seem to be packing them in so I’m very happy with that!”
