Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds took his official Twitter account to share a new post and revealed how he is managing to stay sober during these days.

As you might already know, the coronavirus outbreak forced people to stay inside the house for over a year, and most people have been struggling to find a way to reduce the mental health problems.

Moreover, it is really hard to pursue what you were doing before the outbreak such as being on a diet and sober. Recently, Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter Kelly Osbourne announced that she relapsed after four years of being sober.

While this news proves how hard it is to continue during these days, Dan Reynolds also admitted that he has been having difficulties recently and revealed the way how he protects himself.

In the tweet, Reynolds stated that he is going to start a Jiu-Jitsu training this week to help his sobriety and pointed out that sharing this update with his followers gives him strength.

“Starting Jiu-Jitsu standup training this week to help me w sobriety. will keep you updated. 3 days in. I want to bring you a happy healthy Dan on stage and I know this is the path I need to take to get there. sharing this gives me added strength. thank you all for everything.”
