Pink Floyd legend Roger Waters released a new version of Pink Floyd song ‘Two Suns In The Sunset‘ on Youtube and showed who is the real boss of the band.

As you might remember, the ongoing dispute between Pink Floyd stars David Gilmour and Roger Waters flared up recently with Roger’s claim about David assuming himself as the owner of the band. Apparently, David wasn’t letting him use the social media accounts of  Pink Floyd, and Roger was furious about it.

Recently, Roger Waters released a video of the new version of Pink Floyd’s 1983 song ‘Two Suns In The Sunset,’ which originally featured in ‘The Final Cut‘ album. ‘The Final Cut’ was the last Pink Floyd album featuring Roger Waters.

The vocalists of the indie-pop band Lucious, Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig, also joined Roger for his new project. As you will see in the video, Waters seemed to be showing off with his new cover of a Pink Floyd song with the two talented ladies. As he accused David Gilmour acting like the owner of Pink Floyd, Roger proved that he was indeed the real boss of the band.

Furthermore, Roger Waters commented on his new version of ‘Two Suns In The Sunset‘ featuring Lucious:

“I had an idea to make an album of all the songs we did as encores on the US and Them tour. We did Mother first. Had to do it remotely because of COVID-19. Two Suns in The Sunset is number two. I hope you like it. I love it. What a beautiful band they are.

That we allow nuclear weapons to exist in a world controlled by deranged sociopaths is, in itself, a deranged arrangement. We are many they are few. We could just say no, to the whole MAD [Mutually Assured Destruction] insanity. It makes zero sense and is potentially omnicidal.”
