One of the biggest fan pages of Queen’s legendary frontman Freddie Mercury, Freddie Mrcry, has uploaded a rare video of the legend himself and revealed the first backstage video of Freddie without his iconic mustache.

As you might remember, Freddie released a new single back in 1987, The Great Pretender, alongside with a music video, and there was something unique about Freddie in this music video. For this project, Freddie shaved his iconic mustache for the first time.

Even though we all knew the appearance of Freddie from the footages of the music video, there were few people who knew about the backstage videos from this project, which he could be seen without a mustache.

In the video, you can see that Freddie was trying out a black bra in front of the press members and having lots of fun during this time. From this video, you can also see how a humble person he was.

Here is what the admin of the page wrote:

“This is exactly why I think Freddie is the funniest, most dramatic, sassiest, greatest diva legend ever.

I feel so proud to stan this queen 😌”

🔥 This is exactly why I think Freddie is the funniest, most dramatic, sassiest, greatest diva legend ever. I feel so proud to stan this queen 😌 💡 • Freddie behind the scenes of the Great Pretender music video. The music video for the song features Freddie parodying himself in many of his Queen guises through video medium over the years, including visual re-takes of "Radio Ga Ga", "Crazy Little Thing Called Love", "It's a Hard Life", "I Want to Break Free", "Bohemian Rhapsody", "One Vision", and "I Was Born to Love You". It was directed by David Mallet in February 1987, and also featured Roger and actor Peter Straker in drag. The video was also notable for Freddie having shaved off his trademark moustache. ➡️ Y’all seriously… he’s so hilarious like WHAT!? I can’t stop laughing I love him so much. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I STAN HIM.
