Aerosmith’s legendary guitarist Joe Perry took to his official Instagram account to make a sad announcement for the fans and announced that their 50th-anniversary show is postponed.

Joe wrote that they made this decision due to the health of the community and the crew because of the danger of the coronavirus. He said that it’s better for them to look ahead and prepare for their show on September 14, 2021, rather than looking back.

Additionally, Joe stated that the tickets will be available for the upcoming show and warned the fans to hold their tickets. As Joe stated in, you can able to request for refund and the detailed refund policy will be shared with the fans via email.

Here is the statement from Joe Perry:

“Out of an abundance of love and caution, our 50th Anniversary Fenway show is being rescheduled to 14th September 2021. It’s better to look ahead and prepare than to look back and regret, for the safety of our families, for our crews, for the fans, and for the Blue Army.

All tickets will be honored for the new date so hold onto yours! Or if you are unable to make it, you’ll be able to request a refund. Ticket holders will be emailed with all details. Until then, stay safe and stay healthy. Big love from the Bad Boys of Boston…”
