During a recent appearance on SiriusXM satellite radio’s ‘The Howard Stern Show,’ Bon Jovi founder and frontman, Jon Bon Jovi, has revealed why he didn’t desire to perform on the SuperBowl Halftime show.
The Super Bowl halftime is a tradition of the annual championship game of the National Football League (NFL). As you may recall, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira took the stage in the previous halftime show.
In the conversation, Howard Stern is talking about his admiration with an NFL, he wondered why Jon wasn’t on a halftime show.
Jon said that he doesn’t like to team up with other people and does not like to share the stage with other artists. He also mentioned all these demands create pressure on him.
Here’s what Jon Bon Jovi stated:
“No desire, I turned it down many, many years ago. I didn’t like that you had to team up with other people and you had these people come in on your stage and all the demands and then pressure on it.”
