Killswitch Engage star Jesse Leach posted a recent Instagram photo on his official page and shared the latest status of him, about his ongoing mental issues.

As Killswitch star shared the recent details of his current days, he posted the details of the recent song he wrote about suicide.

Here is the caption:

“Sang a song today that reduced me to quiet contemplative sadness. It allowed me to sit in my buried grief for a long lost friend. I pray this song is an offering of hope to anyone out there that has seriously contemplated suicide.

The ones who are left behind never forget you, are never the same and will always think of you as life continues on without you. It’s such a hard topic to speak on but those of us who know, who have been there or experienced what it’s like to loose someone this way…it’s a must to talk about.

This is how we move past it, cope with it, try to understand it and hopefully prevent it. @times_of_grace_music Wearing my @spartaband shirt because they have been a big influence on Adam D and I over the years. Such an incredible and emotive band! #TimesOfGrace #MusicIsTherapy #Loss #Cope #Suicide #ItsOkNotToBeOk
#HaveHope #YouRockFoundation #SuicidePrevention #SoulMetal
#JesseLeach #Lyrics #Mourn #HeartSupport”
