KISS icon Gene Simmons has posted a new tweet on his verified Twitter account, making an unexpected statement on Van Halen vocalist David Lee Roth as part of ‘End of the Road World Tour.’

As we all know, ‘End of the Road World Tour’ is the farewell tour of the KISS. It started on January 31, 2019, at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada, and will end on July 17, 2021, with a final show in New York.

Today, Van Halen frontman David Lee Roth performed his debut show as the opening act of farewell tour of KISS.

KISS bassist Gene Simmons has shared a new tweet on his official page and revealed what he thinks about David Lee Roth’s debut show.

Here’s what Gene stated:

“David Lee Roth @DavidLeeRoth opened the first gig last night in New Hampshire of the 2020 leg of our tour and rocked the house..played all the greats: Jump, Jaimie’s Cryin’ and more. He’ll be with us across America. Welcome to the tour, Dave!”
