KISS’s co-founder and bassist Gene Simmons recently posted a couple of tweets on his Twitter account and talked about his recent cryptocurrency purchases while making it clear that although they sound like advice, they actually arent.

There is no doubt that Simmons is one of the rockstars who use their social media accounts the most. Gene often enjoys using his Twitter account as a platform where he can express his views on social and political matters, announce his latest projects, and of course, interact with his fans.

As you may recall, Simmons had recently given an interview to ‘American Songwriter’ and he had shared his views on cryptocurrency while talking about his own purchases. He is a shareholder of one of the most well-known companies, Invictus Capital, and holds approximately three million common shares.

However, in the interview, he had made it clear that although he feels comfortable talking about his investments, he doesn’t want to give any advice because if it doesn’t work out, he will be to blame. In his recent tweets, Gene Simmons said that he’s not ‘recommending any of this to anyone’ but gave details about his cryptocurrency investments.

Here’s what Simmons said in his first tweet:

“I’m not recommending any of this to anyone. But yes, I bought and/or will own Bitcoin, Etherium, Litecoin, and others.”

This is what he said next:

“Not recommending any of these to anyone. But yes, I also bought Dogecoin, XRP, and others. Make of it what you will.”
