KISS icon Gene Simmons spoke in the recent conversation with Tmz and revealed his thoughts about one of the hardest days in our lifetime due to coronavirus outbreak.

As you might already know, COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that spreads all around the globe for over three months. Currently, over 1.4M cases have confirmed by the authorities and rising quickly.

People are trying to protect themself from the danger of coronavirus by putting themselves in self-quarantine in the house. Also, lots of people are complaining about this situation.

Gene shared his thought about these self-isolation days and slammed the people who are complaining about this lockdown. Gene stated that this is a comfortable situation rather than World War II, and people should start complaining about it.

Here is what Gene Simmons said:

“All of us has a burden, what’s the burden? The burden ain’t much of anything. We should all shut up and get over ourselves, that includes yours truly.

Not too long ago our grandparents where asked to go and fight overseas in a war they had nothing to do with and 50million resulted in death in World War II. And your grandparents gave the ultimate sacrifice”

He continued:

“What are we complaining about? We get to stay at home while people are out there risking their lives to make our lives more comfortable.

This will get better, I promise you, take my word for it… Just take it easy, respect your neighbor… You don’t want to get somebody sick and perhaps die and you don’t want to get sick and perhaps die.”
