According to the latest reports, KISS had to postpone their recently announced Australian tour due to their frontman, Paul Stanley’s ongoing flu.

KISS announced that Paul will have to rest an extra few days to be healthy.

Here is what Paul Stanley said about that issue:

“Words cannot begin to convey our massive disappointment in having to cancel our ‘End Of The Road’ tour of your incredible country. Our connection to you is unparalleled and decades deep.

We waited as long as we could and held out hope to the last minute that my situation would clear up and we would be able to march forward.

Doctor’s orders ultimately have taken precedence and finally we now find ourselves with no choice but to surrender. With heavy hearts, KISS.”

Two weeks ago, KISS’ legendary star, Gene Simmons posted a new and surprising photo on his Twitter account and revealed one of the oldest photos of his band.

As you might see the words of Gene below, he indicated that the photo was taken in 1973, before their first album came out.

He wrote this about the photo:

“1973 – before our first album came out.We were playing NYC Clubs…“
