KISS frontman and co-founder, Paul Stanley, has shared a new tweet on his verified Twitter account today to send his best wishes to legendary guitarist Jason Becker who struggles with ALS for over 30 years.

As you may already know, Becker is considered one of the most talented guitarists of all time. Becker’s career on stage was cut short because of his amyotrophic lateral sclerosis issue. In 1996, the iconic guitarist lost the ability to speak and after that year, he just can communicate with his eyes via a special tool that was developed by his father.

Today, Stanley shared the recent news about Jason that he is experiencing shortness of breath and a rapid heart rate for a while. He wanted his followers to send their good wishes and prayers for Jason and tried to raise awareness for ALS with his message.

Here is what he said:

“Let’s all send good thoughts & use the power of prayer to send along our positive energy to Jason Becker.

This guitar prodigy has fought against all the odds for 30 years battling ALS & is now asking for our help. You are loved, admired, and not alone Jason.”
