KISS rhythm guitarist Paul Stanley posted a tweet on his official Twitter page to bid farewell to the celebrity bus driver Ron ‘Bear’ Jones after Gloria Estefan shared a post on her official Instagram page announcing the death news of Jones due to COVID-19.
As you may know, Gloria Estefan, who is widely known for being the frontwoman of Miami Sound Machine, shared a video on her official Instagram page a couple of days ago announcing that she had tested positive for coronavirus possibly due to a fan encounter at a restaurant.
Just a few days after the news, Estefan revealed another heartbreaking incident via a post on her official Instagram account, celebrity driver Ron ‘Bear’ Jones has passed away due to COVID-19. Gloria also shared a farewell message expressing how loving, kind, and sweet Jones was in addition to stating that he was her favorite tour bus driver.
Following the devastating news of Jones’ death, Paul Stanley also shared a post on his official Twitter page praising Bear by stating he was the kindest, funniest, and most gentle, according to Stanley. He also revealed that knowing Jones was a privilege and his existence will not be forgotten.
Here is how Paul Stanley bid farewell to Ron ‘Bear’ Jones:
“Peter… I love this photo of Bear. He was as everyone will attest, the kindest, funniest, and most gentle giant to ever drive a tour bus. A lovely, lovely man gone too soon but he will not be forgotten by any of us who were privileged to know him.”
