KISS guitarist Tommy Thayer unveiled if he is planning any solo projects after the ‘End Of The Road World Tour’ via his official Instagram account.
Tommy joined KISS in 1994 as a part-time employee working for the band. He did a lot of footwork for KISS for years, as he was the band’s roadie, editor, and more. In 2002, he joined the band as a guitarist and replaced Ace Frehley.
Nowadays, KISS has hit unpause on the band’s farewell tour, ‘End Of The Road World Tour,’ which was supposed to take place in 2019 and 2020 but got interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
During a recent question & answer session on Instagram, one of the fans asked whether Tommy has any plans for his music career after KISS’s tour. However, Tommy left the question unanswered and didn’t give any details, saying that he is just focused on the tour right now. Also, the guitarist stated that he is living the moment and enjoying his experience with KISS.
One of the fans asked Tommy:
“Any plans after the ‘End Of The Road World Tour’ finishes? Like a solo album or a band?”
Tommy Thayer replied:
“I’m just completely focused on the EOTR tour and staying present and enjoying the experience.”
