Legendary California based American nu-metal band Korn’s official Twitter account has posted a couple of new tweets this week and paid their tribute after the death of their friend and monitor engineer Brian Post.

Korn was originally founded by the four members of the band in Bakersfield in 1993. As Munky, Reginald Arvizu, Brian ‘Head’ Welch, and finally, the frontman Jonathan Davis has formed the band in California. Since then, Korn is known as one of the most legendary nu-metal bands of history.

Unfortunately, this week, the band has lost their long-time friend and monitor engineer Brian Post and shared their condolences on Twitter.

After sending their message, Korn has shared yet another post on their Instagram page and added that all of the band members along with Brian’s bus mates in the Korn crew are sending their sincerest condolences to Brian’s family and friends.

Here is the official statement of Korn:

“We are shocked, confused, and gutted at the sudden passing of our friend and monitor engineer Brian Post.

All of us in the band along with Brian’s bus mates in the Korn crew send our sincerest condolences to Brian’s family and friends—Rest easy brother, we will never forget you.”

And here is what did they added to their Instagram post:

“Brian, we loved having you as a part of our family over the years and we will miss you greatly.”
