Korn revealed the current health status of their frontman, Jonathan Davis, by sharing a new post on their official Instagram account.

Five days ago, Korn announced that they postponed the Scranton show due to a positive COVID-19 case within the Korn camp. However, they didn’t reveal if this person is a band member or not.

Afterward, the nu-metal band unveiled that Jonathan Davis is tested positive for novel coronavirus, and he started to get medication while trying to recover from this devastating disease.

Even though Korn mentioned that Jonathan’s spirit is high and he is doing fine, the fans were waiting to hear news about the singer. Not only because of the shows they have been waiting for, but also for the sake of their hero.

Yesterday, the band thanked all the support and good wishes they received during this period and announced that Jonathan Davis is still recovering, and he will get back to the stage in a week.

Here is the official announcement from Korn about Jonathan Davis via Instagram:

“Thank you all for your words of support and well wishes for Jonathan Davis.

He is on the mend, and we will be ready to bring this energy back to Chicago in one week. Head to Kornofficial.com for all upcoming and rescheduled dates.”

As the band announced, Jonathan will be meeting the audience once again after fully recovering from the coronavirus, and he will firstly sing in Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Chicago.
