The iconic guitarist of Led Zeppelin and also one of the most followed musicians of the social media, Jimmy Page, has shared a recent photo on his official Instagram page to recall the release day of ‘Right By You’ by Stephen Still’s 36th anniversary.

According to Jimmy, Stephen was one of the musicians that he was honored to work with and could’ve preferred to work him from the source back in the 80s. Led Zeppelin icon Jimmy Page also paid his tribute to the son of a famous photographer Robert Natkin and also famous community photographer, Paul Natkin, by calling his name on the caption.

Lots of fans went to the comment section of the post to share their respects to Stephen and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, calling him as an underrated and genius guitarist.

Here is the whole story by the mouth of Jimmy:

“On this day in 1984, Stephen Still’s album Right By You was released.

Stephen had visited my aptly-named recording studio, The Sol, on the river Thames in Cookham, Berkshire so that I might supply some overdubs to his tracks; ‘50/50’, ‘Right By You’ and ‘Flaming Heart’ which were recorded on the 4th and 5th of May of this year.

I greatly respected Stephen’s work and would have preferred to have worked with him from the source, but as it was, it was just overdubbing the session in England that had originated in the States.

In this photo, I am backstage with Stephen at the ‘Live Aid’ concert at JFK Stadium in Philadelphia in 1985.”
