Today, Led Zeppelin co-founder Jimmy Page posted yet another golden-worth materials on his official social media account to add a new page to his iconic ‘On This Day’ archive.

This time, Jimmy Page shared the story of how did he get in an uninvited party by queuing up with someone else. Jimmy leaked the Cannes Film Festival to watch the premiere of Michelangelo Antonioni’s iconic movie, ‘Blow-Up.’

Here is what Jimmy told about that rare story:

“On this day in 1967, I attended the Blow-Up premiere at the Cannes Film Festival⁣.

Michelangelo Antonioni’s film ‘Blow Up’ was premiered at the Cannes Film Festival on this day in 1967 – featuring David Hemmings, Vanessa Redgrave, Jane Birkin, Veruschka and The Yardbirds. ⁣

We weren’t invited to this premiere but queued up with everyone else outside a theatre in New York at a later date… though there was the added bonus that Veruschka was queuing in the same line!⁣

Here’s a clip from Blow Up – have you seen the film?”

A user named ericharizanos wrote the most-liked comment under the post:

“A phenomenal film when amazing actors, sceneries, writing and of course London music clubs. A freaking experience.🔥”

Another Instagram personality named adammcintyreofthepinx shared this:

“The way the audience stands so still at the beginning of the performance has always been profoundly unnerving to me. I know it’s intentional.”
