The famous spoken-word artist and a long-time girlfriend of Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page, Scarlett Sabet, shared a new photo on her official Instagram account to celebrate the second anniversary of releasing her third book.

Scarlett’s poem book named ‘Zoreh’ was released on March 25th, 2018 and had a great sale on markets.

Scarlett also gave unknown details about the book like the cover photo artist named Scarlet Page and stated that the release day of the book was also her birthday.

Here is the caption:

“My third book Zoreh came out on this day in 2018. Zoreh is the anglicised version of my Persian middle names Zohreh. I chose it to honour my Persian heritage (like Camille honouring my French side) I launched this book with a reading at City Lights in San Francisco, it was my first time reading there and a dream come true. This book contained poems like, Slouching Through Dirty Papers, Armistice Day, and Fifth Circle of Hell (which featured on Catalyst)

The cover photograph was taken by my favourite photographer, Scarlet Page who was born on this day too 💘 This was our first collaboration, and this photo brought a light to the book, balancing some of the darkness within with poems that dealt with themes of war, and grief, amongst other things. This day was also important and chosen to be Zoreh’s release date as it is the day my beloved grandmother passed away in 2017.

This book came out a year later to honour her. The poem Elegy is a poem for her and is about the grieving process. I started composing it on the train up to the Isle of Bute, Scotland, where she along with three generations of my family are buried ❤️”
