Mike Shinoda, the co-founder, rhythm guitarist, and one of the vocalists of Linkin Park, shared a post on his official Twitter page announcing that he made a remix of the song ‘Passenger’ for a ‘White Pony’ remix album by Deftones featuring Maynard James Keenan.

‘White Pony’ is the third studio album by Deftones and it was released in 2000. The album marked a significant growth in the band’s sound and is considered to be a turning point in terms of experimentation in their music and incorporating influences from different genres.

The song titled ‘Passenger’ was a collaboration with Maynard James Keenan, best known as once being the lead singer and primary lyricist of Tool, while the song is the second-longest song in the album, it was a huge success and fans loved it.

In the honor of the album’s 20th anniversary, the album will be re-released as a double album packaged with ‘Black Stallion,’ a companion remix album of ‘White Pony.’

Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda recently shared a post on his official Twitter page and announced that he is the one to remix the ‘Passenger’ for the release of the 20th anniversary of ‘White Pony.’
