Halestorm frontwoman and co-founder of the band, Lzzy Hale, shared a couple of photos of her and bandmates today to share her feelings of working with her bandmates for twenty-four years.
You might already follow their career that Red Lion, Pennsylvania-based rock band Halestorm was founded by Lzzy Hale, her brother and drummer Arejay Hale, guitarist Joe Hottinger and the bassist Josh Smith. The band released four studio albums together and they are working on a new studio recording for a while.
Today, Lzzy posted her bandmates’ photos on her social media account and admitted that the four of them working together is magic. According to the caption of the photo she shared, the photos were taken by famous community photographer Jimmy Fontaine and one of the users who liked the post was Lzzy’s longtime bandmate and partner Joe Hottinger.
Here is what Halestorm frontwoman said:
“We are in the middle of production rehearsals for our upcoming shows ( and a secret Nashville show this Friday btw). But these men… These allies that surround me are more than amazing. My little brother (top right) and I have been wreaking havoc in Halestorm since 97… and I’ve known Joe and Josh since I was 19.
The moment the four of us got together it’s been magic. We never fight, we have a deep understanding about our goals… It’s a marriage being in a band. And I am so grateful for the love, the laughs, the support they give me on my own adventures. And oh my god what a relief it is to be putting these shows together again with brand new eyes and ears after everything we’ve been through over the last almost two years.
My heart is where it’s supposed to be. I love you Josh, Joe, and Arejay so much! I could write a million love songs and none would touch how I feel for you boys and all you do to enable me to shine. I’m so proud to be on this ride with you. We will continue to lift each other up, and put our art into the world so that we can spread the magic that is Rock music.”
