Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale shared a post on her official Twitter account after Evanescence announced some positive COVID cases to inform their fans that the Halestorm members and crew are all good and healthy.

After over a year of lockdown and restrictions, concerts and tours started being held again this year. Although there were strict safety and health measures, they sometimes didn’t prevent the virus from spreading. The unexpected positive COVID cases often leave bands and musicians with a difficult choice; to either cancel the upcoming shows or postpone the dates.

Halestorm and Evanescence had teamed up for a tour, and they have been touring since November 5, 2021. While Evanescence has been promoting their latest album, ‘The Bitter Truth,’ Halestorm has been rocking the stage with their classics and teasing their fans for the upcoming record with their latest single, ‘Back from the Dead.’

Their tour was scheduled to end on December 18, but it seems like the plan will change. Evanescence announced through their Instagram account that there are some positive COVID cases in their crew, so they have to postpone their show in Cincinnati. They rescheduled it for December 20 to ensure the safety of everyone who will attend.

Evanescence’s Instagram post read:

“Well, after taking every precaution imaginable, our tour has been hit by COVID and we are forced to postpone our show tonight in Cincinnati. The good news is we were able to reschedule the show for Monday, December 20, so hold onto your tickets because we are still coming for you! Be on the lookout for an email with additional information. Please be safe out there, and wear a mask. See you.”

After the bad news from Evanescence, everyone’s turned their heads to Halestorm as they have been touring together. In her recent Twitter post, Lzzy Hale relieved the fans by clarifying that their band and crew are all good and they don’t have any positive cases. She wished the Evanescence crew a speedy recovery so that they can continue their tour.

Lzzy Hale informed the fans:

“To Everyone asking. Everyone in the Halestorm band and crew is safe, sound, and negative! Putting out all the love and well wishes to the Evanescence camp! Fingers crossed we can continue this amazing tour!”
