A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, and Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan posted a photo taken during one of the latest Tool concerts before the Covid-19 pandemic and reminded his fans the good old touring days.

Since the very first days of the coronavirus pandemic, the musicians and bands had to postpone or cancel their plans to perform live in front of their long time fans. As the disease continues to spread more people every day around the world, the possibility of seeing our favorite musicians again stage gradually decreases as well.

Recently, the legendary vocalist Maynard James Keenan broke his social media silence by posting a photo taken during one of the latest live performances of his band Tool. As you will see in the photo below, Keenan bumps fists with his bandmates Danny Carey and Adam Jones at the end of an iconic show.

On the caption of his post, Maynard used only three fists to describe his photo. Yet, his post made the fans emotional about the current situation of touring bands and reminded them how much they missed seeing these icons performing live on stage.

As you might remember, back in 2019, Tool released their fifth studio album named ‘Fear Inoculum,‘ which was the band’s first album since the release of their 2006 album ‘10,000 Days. Last month, the album received the Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America for selling half a million copies in the United States.

Update: It came to our attention that the official Instagram account of Tool managed by Maynard James Keenan was named ‘toolmusic,’ not ‘toollband.’ Therefore, the photo of the band members was posted by a fan account, not by Maynard James Keenan himself. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
