Tool and Puscifer frontman Maynard James Keenan shared a post to announce that Moodie Black will perform supporting acts during Puscifer’s new tour on his official Instagram account.
Puscifer released its latest and fourth studio album named ‘Existential Reckoning’ on October 30, 2020, and most of their fans stated that it was worth waiting almost five years for hearing new materials from the band. ‘The Underwhelming,’ ‘Grey Area,’ ‘Theorem,’ and ‘UPGrade’ were listened to a lot.
A short time ago, the band revealed that they will start their Existential Reckoning Tour on June 9, 2022, in Las Vegas, and finish it on July 10, in Seattle as a part of promoting the last Puscifer album. This news made their fans, who wanted to watch them live for a long time, very happy and excited.
In his recent IG post, Maynard James Keenan stated that industrial hip hop and noise rap band, Moodie Black will accompany them through their upcoming summer tour in 2022. The tickets are available for pre-sale now and Keenan made a joke about giving codes saying that he’s just an ‘idiot’ who sings and writes.
Keenan’s IG post read as follows:
“For this Puscifer Summer 2022, Existential Reckoning Tour, our support will be Moodie Black. These are the pre-sales up today. Allegedly. Don’t ask me for codes. I have no idea. I just write songs and dance around like an idiot singing them. Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas, Raleigh Durham, Philly, Brooklyn, Wallingford, Boston, Rochester hills/Detroit, Chicago, Seattle. Good Luck.”
In addition, Keenan’s choosing a band like Moodie Black for the opening act showed his giving importance to different styles in the music industry and have an interest in combining them with his own music.
