Today, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine has answered many questions asked by his fans on Twitter. He has revealed a little-known truth about former Megadeth guitarist Marty Friedman.

A fan said:

“I’ve read that Marty Friedman wasn’t a very personable person, is that what sets Kiko apart from him?”

Mustaine responded:

“That’s not true. If Marty didn’t like you, maybe, but I found Marty to be funny, engaging, and wicked smart.

I’m happy he found joy with his incredible gift, and I’m glad he was able to get everything he wanted, after all the sacrifices he made for Megs.”

Then, a fan asked ‘what’s your favorite Canadian rock act?’ and Mustaine said:

“Rock? Rush. Metal? Exciter or Annihilator from back in the day.”
