Lars Ulrich, the legendary drummer of Metallica, has spoken about the band’s passionate fight against hunger all around the world while explaining the aims of All Within My Hands Foundation and displaying his kind-heartedness.
On the eve of Metallica’s huge charity project, ‘The Helping Hands Concert & Auction,’ the official Instagram page of the band has drawn attention to the food insecurity, which indiscriminately poses a risk to citizens all around the world, with a video message of Lars Ulrich.
In the video, in which Ulrich unveils the way of the work in the band’s non-profit organization, All Within My Hands Foundation, and emphasizes that no one should go to bed hungry at night, some of the last actions taken by the band members and their fans for people in-need are shown.
Ulrich, who proves that he’s one of the most benevolent musicians, as well as his bandmates, by leading such great global projects, said that there are many ways to chip in and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
In the caption of the video, it was reminded once again that ‘The Helping Hands Concert & Auction’ will be an acoustic show benefitting All Within My Hands Foundation, beginning at 2 PM PST on Saturday, November 14.
Also, it was stated that all proceeds from ticket sales will help communities in need, including food banks around the world. As you may remember, in February of 2017, Metallica announced the formation of All Within My Hands.
The Foundation aims to assist and enrich the lives of members of the communities who have supported the band for years, as well as encourage participation from fans and friends.
