The most silent member of the band and also the lead guitarist of Mötley Crüe, Mick Mars, has posted a new tweet after a long time and informed Crüe’ fans about his latest health and mental status.
Mötley Crüe icon has not been sending any tweets or posts for over two months but liking and retweeting others’ tweets. The last time he sent a post was to thank his fans who showed their respect and love for many years.
Today, Mick Mars broke his long-time silence in his official Twitter account to inform Crüe’ fans about his latest health status after two months. After a Mötley Crüe fan has asked how’s Mick doing these days, Mick took his Twitter account to respond to his fan and gave the good news that he’s doing okay.
As you may recall, for most of his career, Mick struggled with lots of health issues like ankylosing spondylitis, a chronic, inflammatory form of arthritis that mainly affects his pelvis and spine. He was diagnosed with that disease when he was just 17, and he tries to get better since then.
Here is what his fan wrote on his latest tweet with the photo of Mick:
Mick Mars responded:
“Hey, doing ok. Hope you are doing well. Peace.”
A Mick Mars fan wrote this under the tweet:
“Mick, so glad you’re doing well. The slide guitar stuff you’ve put on the CRUE stuff is so great.“
Another Crüe and Mick follower posted this:
“I can’t wait for your new album, book, anything will suffice!“
The other fan reminded Mick to wear his mask:
“Hey Mick, have a wonderfül Friday and don’t forget to wear your mask! We love you, alien.”
