Former Dream Theater drummer and current member of Sons Of Apollo, Mike Portnoy, made a new announcement by sharing new posts on his official Instagram account and warned his followers about the fake accounts.
In the caption, Mike stated that he has been receiving lots of messages about his fake accounts and shared an example one who tried to pretend as himself. Also, he asked the fans to report these scammers and fake accounts to prevent some bad incidents.
Furthermore, Mike revealed that he has a Cameo account, and he is available for any messages, greetings, questions, and more. In this way, Mike showed how his fans can contact to him and prove that he is a kind-hearted man who loves to chat with his fanbase.
Here is what Mike Portnoy wrote:
“I keep getting messages about different fake MP accounts (this is an example of one and there are many others) chatting fans up and pretending to be me… Please report these accounts! The only real Mike Portnoy account is *this* one… Always look for the blue verified check!”
Here is the second announcement of Mike Portnoy:
“I still get several messages every day with requests for video messages, greetings, etc. I always assume everybody knows about Cameo but in case you don’t, I am available for any messages, greetings, questions, etc at www.cameo.com/mikeportnoy”
