Widely known for being the co-founder, bassist, and primary songwriter of Mötley Crüe, Nikki Sixx shared a post on his official Instagram page and apparently clapped back to a fan who was not feeling the way Sixx dressed like a person who lives in Wyoming in the comments section.

As you might know, Nikki Sixx recently started to live in Wyoming, after living in the Los Angeles area for 40 years. Sixx opened up about his decision to move after four decades of living in the same place and stated that it helped his creativity for his brand new book he has been working on, his music, and a world tour with Mötley Crüe.

Since Wyoming is the tenth largest state by area, yet the least populous and second most sparsely populated state in the United States of America, it is obviously the perfect place for retreat and to be inspired by.

Recently Nikki Sixx shared a post on his official Instagram page with a knife in his hand, regular boots, and a pair of jeans. While the picture seems extremely normal, a fan commented on the post and made fun of the way Sixx was dressed. The fan stated that he needs to be more like a cowboy now that he lives in Wyoming.

Here is what the fan said:

Nikki, if you’re going to be a Wyoming guy, you gotta ditch the fancy-schmancy boots and skinny jeans. Cowboy up man! You can do it!”

Nikki Sixx replied to his fan’s statement and shared a comment on his post basically stating that a bully with bad intentions will always be there in every state in life and Sixx welcomed him like an old friend.

Here is how Sixx replied:

“Hello again. You must be the same guy that said that in high school and again in Hollywood in the ’70s, the guy in the press in the 80’s who said we would never stick around, the guy who wrote us off in the ’90s, the guy who thought we should make pop in the 2000s and go away in the 2010s and the same guy who probably bought tickets to our Stadium Tour. Thanks for stopping by again.”
