The lead guitarist and co-founder of Mötley Crüe, Mick Mars has stated that he’s doing great in an answer to his fan’s question and took away the doubts about his health status which has been wondered by many for some time now.
As you may know, Mick Mars has been struggling against a chronic health issue which is called ankylosing spondylitis. The illness, which was diagnosed when he was 17, has affected Mick’s scoliosis in his back and squashed him further down and forward over the years.
The progressing health issue of Mars turned into the most significant object of curiosity as Mötley Crüe announced a new tour for the summer of 2021. The upcoming ‘Stadium Tour‘ is said to start with the show in Nashville on June 19 and finalize with the last show in San Diego.
Wondered whether Mick Mars will be able to get on the stage and complete the tour next year, he has been asked frequently by his fans on how he is doing. Recently, a Twitter follower of Mars, whose name is Vince, said that he’s having fun with his friends and they are all concerned about Mick’s health.
Mars replied to Vince’s tweet and said that he is doing well and wished him and his friends a great day hanging with each other. Mick Mars also didn’t forget to remind his follower to take care and stay safe.
Here is what the fan, whose name is Vince, said in his tweet:
“How are you doing, Mick? Hanging out with my best friend Rob and his other friend that is also a fan and supporter of yours. We are thinking of you, hoping that you’re safe and have a reason to smile. Everyone says hi and and we love you.”
Mick Mars replied as:
