Mötley Crüe’s frontman, Vince Neil, recently posted a photo on his Instagram account and talked about the latest event that he attended where he met up with Kid Rock and it was later revealed that both of them were after the same trophy.

While fans have been expecting Mötley Crüe to update them about the new dates of the band’s upcoming tour, ‘The Stadium Tour,’ the band’s frontman surprised them with the latest event that he attended. Recently, Vince Neil posted a photo of himself and Kid Rock on his Instagram account, in which both of them can be seen holding a trophy.

In the caption of his post, Vince Neil said that he and Kid Rock were both attending the NTT IndyCar Music City Nashville’s opening. For those of you who don’t know, the MCGP (Music City Grand Prix) is an IndyCar Series race that will be held in Nashville and the inaugural Music City Grand Prix is scheduled for August 8, 2021.

As it turns out, Kid Rock hosted the MCGP ownership team in his steakhouse restaurant, and based on what MCGP said on Twitter, both Vince Neil and the famous rapper were holding on to the MCGP Cup because they both wanted it. Even though Neil said that they are just ‘hoisting’ the cup, it turns out that they both wanted to take it home.

Here’s what Vince Neil said in the caption of his post:

“Last night me and Kid Rock Hoisting the NTT IndyCar Music City Nashville trophy! Kick-Ass!”

This is what Music City Grand Prix said about that night:

“Nashville is ready to ‘Kickstart Your Heart… All Summer Long’ 🤘 Kid Rock hosted our Music City Grand Prix ownership team at his Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk & Rock n’ Roll Steakhouse last night. He and Vince Neil both wanted to take the MCGP Cup home.”
