Mötley Crüe bass guitarist and co-founder Nikki Sixx made another question-and-answer session via Twitter and talked about his possible new books.
Until now, Nikki released such books as ‘The Heroin Diaries: A Year in the Life of a Shattered Rock Star,’ ‘The Dirt: Confessions of the World’s Most Notorious Rock Band,’ and ‘This Is Gonna Hurt: Music, Photography, And Life Through The Distorted Lens Of Nikki Sixx.’
Back in May, Nikki announced that he is working on a new book and after a short period, he revealed that it is an autobiography named ‘The First 21: A Memoir,’ telling the story of how Frank Feranne becomes Nikki Sixx.
During the question and answer session, Nikki pointed out that he will always be thinking and working on a new book. Afterward, one of the fans wondered if we could ever get a chance to see a fictional book.
After a short period, Nikki replied to this fan and said that it would be a challenge for himself to do so, but never closed the door about the option. Then, Nikki mentioned that he would probably release a book of poetry before that kind of thing happens.
A fan of Nikki asked:
“Never mind. I just saw another answer that you are working on a new book. So change of question. Could we one day expect a fiction book, or are you solely interested in writing biographical?”
Nikki Sixx replied:
“That would be a lot of fun to challenge myself. I personally see a book of poetry before that happens though.”
