As you may recall, one of the most iconic bands of all time, Mötley Crüe was founded in 1981 by bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee, lead guitarist Mick Mars, and vocalist Vince Neil.
The talented guitarist Mick Mars has been known as the most silent member of the band as well as the most mature one mainly due to his age gap he had with his bandmates. Although Mick’s exact birth date has been one of the most famous mysteries of the rock music community, he earned the nickname ‘old man‘ with his attitude towards many crises Mötley Crüe faced over the years.
Recently, the official Instagram account of Mötley Crüe posted an old photo of the band members. As you will see in the photo below, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, and Vince Neil seemed to be asleep while standing, Mick Mars was the one who stood upright and carried the rest of his bandmates.
Furthermore, the fans confirmed the hidden reference in the photo by sharing various messages in the comment section about how Mick Mars was actually the one who carried Mötley Crüe all along.
