2 weeks ago, Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx has posted some photos and screenshots on Instagram Stories to share the details of his cardio sessions.
As you know, Nikki had tough shoulder surgery about 5 months ago and he has to do some exercises for the recovery of his shoulder. Therefore, he’s doing cardio every day and sharing his cardio music lists and photos on Instagram.
