Mötley Crüe bass guitarist Nikki Sixx showed his gratitude for the musicians who contributed the new project of Nikki, ‘Maybe It’s Time,’ by sharing a new post on his official Instagram account.
As you might remember, Nikki suffered from drug addiction in the past, and he even technically died due to the overdose. At some point, he wanted to get rid of this bad habit and changed his life forever.
Because he knows how hard to stop himself from not using drugs, he wanted to show his support to the people who need help for their substance use disorders and released a new song, ‘Maybe It’s Time,’ to help the people.
This song of Nikki is also the soundtrack of Sno Babies movie, and the musicians like Slipknot’s Corey Taylor, Guns N’Roses’ Slash, Five Finger Death Punch vocalist Ivan Moody, and Joe Elliott of Def Leppard featured in this song to show their support.
Today, Nikki got really emotional and wanted to thank the musicians who he worked together with this project. Nikki said that these musicians are selfless people and showed his gratitude to them while thanking them for their contributions.
Here is what Nikki Sixx captioned:
“I would like to thank all the selfless artists that contributed to this important project.
But maybe it’s time to heal, maybe it’s time to try
Maybe it’s time to deal with all the pieces in my life.”
