Mötley Crüe bassist and co-founder Nikki Sixx shared a number of posts on his official Twitter page answering his fans’ questions about his favorite song of Deep Purple and his opinion about AC/DC‘s new album ‘PWR/UP.’

As you may know, Nikki Sixx often answers fans’ questions through his official Twitter account, especially during the Q&A sessions he initiates with special hashtags. Since he is a widely known musician, his fans are often curious about his opinions about other musicians and Sixx often reveals his genuine opinion about others.

Recently a post on Nikki Sixx’s official Twitter account led his fans to ask him further questions about the musicians he enjoyed listening to. Sixx shared a tweet revealing what he was listening at that moment and, apparently, it was Deep Purple’s iconic album ‘Machine Head’ which is a classic ageless album according to Sixx.

Here is what Sixx said:

“Deep Purple’s ‘Machine Head’ blasting in the background. Some of those songs never get old.

Since Nikki Sixx made clear that he is a fan of Deep Purple by revealing he’s occasionally listening to their songs and praising them, a fan wanted to know his favorite song of Deep Purple. Sixx answered the question simply revealing that it’s ‘Highway Star.’

Here is what the fan said:

“What’s your favorite song by Deep Purple? I am curious.”

Here is how Sixx replied:

Highway Star.

Thanks to the fact that Sixx started to share his opinions about other bands, another fan was curious to know what he thinks about AC/DC‘s brand new album ‘PWR/UP.’ As a response, he stated that he is always excited for new material from AC/DC with capitals.

Here is what the fan asked:

“Hey, Nikki Sixx are you excited for AC/DC’s new album??”

Here is what Sixx said:

ALWAYS.”
