Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Six has shared a tweet and said “hey just wondering. After all these damn years do you have a favorite lyric I’ve written?”. And then fans started to wrote their favorite Mötley Crüe lyrics.
A fan responded and wrote the lyrics of Mötley Crüe’s ‘Don’t Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)’. The song contains lyrics such as “Girl, don’t go away mad. Girl, just go away”.
Nikki Sixx responded and said that the song was inspired by Clint Eastwood. He said:
“Took that line outta a Clint Eastwood movie. Write it on a napkin in the theater.”
He also mentioned about the lyrics of their classic song “Wild Side” and said:
“From the mind of a serial killer.”
Two weeks ago, Nikki Sixx has shared his first experience about the Freddie Mercury’s biopic “Bohemian Rhapsody” on Twitter. He said:
“When your 17 year old daughter asks to go see the Queen movie together cause I’ve been talking about them her whole life.
So many stories and memories including watching them open with NOW I’M HERE in Seattle in 1974.Great movie.Great night.#FatherDaughter”
