The talented indie-folk musician and the daughter of Michael Jackson, Paris Jackson has expressed her state of mind about her upcoming solo project and her words affected a big part of her followers, including Kurt Cobain‘s daughter, Frances Bean Cobain.

As you might recall, the gorgeous singer and model, Paris Jackson, has announced the good news that she’s getting ready to come back as a solo artist after it was confirmed that she broke up with her longtime boyfriend and bandmate in The Soundflowers, Gabriel Glenn.

Jackson has taken Instagram with the news of her brand new song, ‘Let Down,’ and stated that it’ll be released just in a few days, on October 30, 2020. She said that this song means a lot to her because even though it’s a small part of a much larger story, she poured her heart and soul into it.

A great number of people, including some famous names, have been rejoiced with the news of Jackson’s upcoming single. One of Paris’ dear friends and a visual artist, Frances Bean Cobain, have shown up on the comment section and expressed her excitement by saying ‘yay’ with lots of lovely emojis.

Later on, Paris Jackson has unveiled the biggest influence on her new single on the same platform. She shared a beautiful painting by Richard Doyle in the late 1800s, admitting that this piece of art makes her happy because it’s exactly how she’s feeling right now.

Referring to little orbs of light joyfully dancing around decay and the mushrooms, which may be fungi, depicted in the artwork, Paris Jackson said she looks at them as flowers that found a way to be born through death.

Here’s what Paris Jackson said in her announcement post, which Frances Bean Cobain reacted along with the majority of Jackson’s fans:

“Fucking stoked to announce that my first single as a solo artist, ‘Let Down,’ will be released this Friday. So thankful to my close friends, family, and work colleagues for always supporting me and encouraging me to do what makes me the happiest, and that is making music.

Words can not express the gratitude I have for andy hull, Robert McDowell, and Dan Hannon for bringing this song to life and taking it to a level I could have never imagined. And of course, the people here online who have been so kind and supportive and loving.

This song means a lot to me because even though it’s a small part of a much larger story, I poured my heart and soul into it. This song is my baby and I’ve found so much hope and healing through creating this, and I hope it brings joy to others. Presave will be in my bio, more exciting news to come!”

Frances Bean Cobain commented as:

Yay!! 🔥🦋🌸”

After that, Paris came up with another post about her upcoming single and said:

This beautiful painting by Richard Doyle in the late 1800’s makes me happy because it’s exactly how I’m feeling right now. Little orbs of light joyfully dancing around decay.

Mushrooms may be fungi, but I like to look at them as flowers that found a way to be born through death. To live and feel in a way that is unconventional the other things that grow from mother nature.”
