Alice Cooper’s touring guitarist and also solo musician, Nita Strauss, shared a new video on her verified Instagram page today and recalled the day he played National Anthem of the United States at NXT Takeover.

As you may remember that Alice Cooper guitarist performed the National Anthem on Night 1 of the NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver in April to open this year’s event. Right after playing the anthem, she shared what happened after the show and how she met the legendary WWE wrestler Triple H.

Today, Nita recalled the day she was on stage to play the National Anthem to celebrate the 4th of July which is ‘Independence Day’ of the United States of America. In the caption, Nita wished a safe and happy Fourth while remanding the importance of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Here is what she wrote:

“The land of the free, and the home of the brave.

It’s always a great honor to play the National Anthem, but it was especially meaningful to do it this year in front of an audience for the first time in a LONG time!! This was a couple months ago at NXT Takeover: Stand and Deliver.

Wishing you all a safe and happy Fourth today, and many more to come filled with these unalienable rights we can all agree on: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
