Alice Cooper guitarist Nita Strauss took to her official Instagram account to share a new post and revealed the favorite song that she wrote in her musical career.

Two years ago, Nita Strauss published her solo album, named Controlled Chaos, and released a music video for the ‘Our Most Desperate Hour’ on Youtube. Since then, this video viewed over one million times and over nineteen thousand people liked it.

Nita wanted to remember this song and shared a clip from the music video. She stated this song is the best one compared to the other songs that she wrote and revealed the conditions while they were taking the shots for this clip.

Nita revealed that they were in the warehouse in Los Angeles during the summer and there was no air conditioning. While showing how hard it was to make a music video, she also thanked her boyfriend and drummer who helped with everything, Josh Villalta.

Here is what Nita Strauss said:

“Two years ago TODAY, the video for Our Most Desperate Hour was unleashed on the world. Still so proud of how this song and video came out! It’s always so hard to pick a favorite song but… This is maybe my favorite song I’ve ever written.⁣

Wanna know what’s hotter than performing for six hours in an all-metal, non-air-conditioned warehouse in LA with all the doors closed at 2 pm in the middle of July?⁣
That same warehouse, but filled with fire. We survived though!”

She added:

“…And as always, none of this would be possible (especially not this thunderous drumming) without my Josh Villalta. Gotta love a drummer who looks at the video director, points at his cymbals and says ‘can we set these on fire?’

Watching this back gets me even more excited for what’s coming with album 2… 😏⁣”
