The touring guitarist of Alice Cooper, Nina Strauss has announced the live stream performance of the Alice Cooper band that took part in the new format of the Wacken Open Air Festival.

Strauss has shared an old video from the time when they could perform on stage in front of hundreds of fans. Along with the video which was taken during the Wacken Open Air Festival in 2017, Nita said that despite the coronavirus, shows go on this year.

Nita Strauss explained that she feels sad about the canceled festivals, yet, she marked that the Wacken World Wide platform came up with the most rational solution about the issue. Through the platform, the festival organizers will be streaming performances from home all week as well as the old footage from past Wacken festivals.

Strauss also said that as the Alice Cooper band, they will provide a special home performance to the organization. Nita Strauss expressed her excitement to be a part of the event that will satisfy the fans after most of them demoralized with the news about canceled or postponed tours.

Festival season might be canceled this year, but I for one am excited about the Wacken Open Air’s Wacken World Wide stream! The festival organizers are streaming performances from home all week as well as old footage from past Wacken festivals!! ⁣
