Legendary Black Sabbath vocalist Ozzy Osbourne’s wife, Sharon Osbourne, has shared a new post on her verified Twitter account and made a sad quitting announcement about the suspension of the television program, The Talk, due to coronavirus outbreak.
Coronavirus is a deadly disease that first appeared in Wuhan, China. This disease spread across the world in a short time, and many people suspended or postponed major organizations, shows, events, and more around the world to follow health precautions.
One of the suspended shows is Sharon Osbourne’s daytime television show, The Talk, which is broadcast on CBS.
In a statement, Osbourne announced that The Talk has suspended the live broadcast due to the coronavirus outbreak. However, she stated that the old episodes of the show will continue to be shown on television.
Here’s what Sharon Osbourne stated:
“In light of the current events, The Talk has decided to suspend production for now. We hope to be back LIVE soon.
In the meantime, enjoy some of our favorite episodes starting Mon., 3/16. We can still laugh and share moments. We’re in this together.”
