Black Sabbath icon Ozzy Osbourne’s wife, Sharon Osbourne spoke in a recent appearance on the daytime television show, ‘The Talk’ and reacted to Harvey Weinstein who found guilty of criminal sexual harassment and rape.

On Monday, former filmmaker Harvey Weinstein was convicted of two of the five possible criminal crimes he faced at the New York County trial. Sharon addressed the recent news about Harvey and shared her thoughts on this case during the show.

Here’s what Sharon Osbourne said:

“I know that every woman is relieved. It’s always people, you know, men of great power that think that they are untouchable, and it’s power and money, and they think they can do whatever.

People like this need to be stopped. I don’t think it will stop, but it is a deterrent out there. And I’m just happy, and I’m sure there’s lots of room for his walker in his cell.”

Also, singer Marie Osmond shared her opinions about it and said:

“As a victim of sexual abuse, when you’re victimized that way, that trauma stays with you a lifetime, even with therapy and things like that, there are these altering things that happen to you.

And all I know is that I don’t think 29 years is long enough. My heart goes out to the victims, and prayer and love, and I hope they feel some satisfaction and relief for the pain they have to suffer.”
