Ozzy Osbourne’s wife and also the manager of The Prince of Darkness, Sharon Osbourne, shared a new video on her verified Instagram account today and recalled the day Justin Bieber went to Lip Sync Battle singing ‘Crazy Train’ in 2015.
As you might already know, ‘Crazy Train’ was the first single of Ozzy Osbourne’s debut album ‘Blizzard of Ozz,’ and it was released back in 1980. The song was co-written by Randy Rhoads, Bob Daisley, and Ozzy himself, and it was certificated as Silver by selling more than 200.000 in the United Kingdom. At the same time, it got 4 plus Platinum certification by selling more than 4 million copies in the United States.
Right after Sharon shared the video of Justin imitating Ozzy six years ago, over 20K followers of her pushed the like button in a really short time. However, most Ozzy fans reminded the interview from 2010 that The Prince of Darkness was asked what he thinks about Justin Bieber and he said, ‘Who the f*ck is Justin Bieber?’
Here is what Ozzy Osbourne said that day:
“I don’t listen to new metal bands… If you ask me, give me the top ten of the good new metal bands… One of the dangers of that is if you start to like it… If something gets into my head, it will come out my mouth you know…”
Mark Hoppus asked back:
“So you listen to a lot of Justin Bieber?”
“Who? Who the f*ck is Justin Bieber?“
