Paul McCartney revealed his reaction to the Tenacious D’s The Beatles cover ‘You Never Give Me Your Money/The End’ by sharing a new post on his official Twitter account.
Tenacious D is a comedy rock band featuring Jack Black and Kyle Gass, and they recently covered ‘You Never Give Me Your Money / The End’ as well as mocking with The Beatles’ iconic ‘Abbey Road’ album cover on the Spotify profile of the single.
Although the songs and the cover picture of the album is funny, it’s actually made for a charity event. The profit will go to Doctors Without Borders, which is an organization that provides life-saving medical care and more.
In the tweet, Paul mentioned that the cover is looking fantastic and praised the Tenacious D. Furthermore, he also said that it is so imaginative and well performed. Therefore, he wanted his followers to watch this cover.
