KISS frontman Paul Stanley posted a couple of tweets to end rumors about his heart problem. He revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19 and shared the band’s press statement about it.

As you probably know, KISS started their The End of the Road World Tour on January 31, 2019, but later most of the shows were rescheduled to 2021 and 2022 due to the global pandemic outbreak. The fans finally reunited with their favorite band when KISS went back to performing on August 18, 2021, in Mansfield.

The fans were happy and satisfied with KISS’ remarkable performances until they heard some fake news about Paul Stanley. According to some unknown resources, Stanley had a heart attack and was in the intensive care unit. Stanley denied this claim and stated that there is no problem in his heart.

However, KISS fans were shocked after Stanley announced that he got COVID-19, but he added that the other band members and crew tested negative. In the statement Stanley shared on Twitter, KISS declared that tonight’s show in PA’s has been postponed and emphasized that they are following every safety protocol.

Stanley’s tweet reads as follows:

“People! I am fine! I am not in ICU! My heart allows me to do 26 miles a day on my bike! I don’t know where this came from but it’s absolute nonsense.”

He went on to say:

“A Full Press Release Will Be Issued Shortly about upcoming KISS shows. I had been sick with flu-like symptoms and was tested repeatedly and was negative. As of late this afternoon I tested positive. The crew, staff, and band have all tested negative once again. More to follow.”

KISS’s statement read:

“KISS show at The Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown, PA is unfortunately postponed due to Paul Stanley testing positive for COVID. More information about show dates will be made available ASAP. Everyone on the entire tour, both band and crew are fully vaccinated.

The band and their crew have operated in a bubble independently to safeguard everyone as much as possible at each show and in between shows. The tour also has a COVID safety protocol officer on staff full-time that is ensuring everyone is closely following all CDC guidelines.
